5th GIS in Education and Research Conference

Esri Canada’s Education and Research group will be hosting our 5th GIS in Education and Research Conference on March 1st, 2023. The majority of the conference is in-person at the University of Toronto, but we will be streaming the plenary presentation free of charge at 1:35 pm Eastern Time.

The plenary speaker this year is Dr. Trisalyn Nelson, Chair of the Department of Geography at the University of California Santa Barbara, and Jack and Laura Dangermond Chair of Geography. Dr. Nelson’s plenary presentation is titled ‘The Digital Twin: Untangling Spatial Pattern and Process’. We would like to take this opportunity to invite our US colleagues to join us for what I am sure will be an insightful presentation by Dr. Nelson.
